Q: Why an Online School?
A: The technology now exists to combine high-quality video with the convenience and interactivity of the Internet. Online courses allow you to learn from the best instructors, one-on-one, at your own pace.

Q: How much do courses cost?
A: Courses are available Online, CD, or by Video.
Course prices are listed on the Description page for that course.

Q: How do I access a course
A: Through links on the home page. 

Q: How come I don't see any video window?
A: In the course frameset, if you see a box with a red square that means you probably don't have a current version of Windows Media player.  These courses work on PC's with Windows ME, 2000, or XP, with Windows Media Series 9. Or Mac's with OSX and  Windows Media Player Series 9 for Mac. 

Q: On my system the videos won't play or play slowly
Most likely a connection or bandwidth issue. The online course versions require a high speed connection. To verify all aspects of your system bandwidth and video playback compatibility - Go through our step by step system test.  CLICK HERE to start it.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes. You can now pay CC or ONLINE Check or PAYPAL.  This options are available during the checkout process. 

Q: How do I play the videos segments online?
A: With the video window showing you click "play" (the circle with a triangle) on the video control panel.

Q: How come the links don't work?
A: Check to see if you are still online.

Q: Where are the assignments?
A: In any ONLINE or CD class frameset, all assignments can be accessed at the end of each video module or by clicking "assignments" at the bottom of the class frameset.
